"HERO” (Healthcare?Employees?Recognition &?Ovation) is an initiative by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, honouring and appreciating healthcare workers in Singapore for their dedication and service to the nation as they combat the virus through this pandemic.

- Room reservations can be made via email (preferred) or phone.
- For room reservation via email, please mention promotion code 'HCare' in email subject line.
- For room reservations via phone, please mention ‘HCare’.
- Room booking details should include:
- Guest full name
- Number of guests
- Stay dates and estimated time of arrival
- Healthcare Group you are working in and designation
- Any other requests and queries
- Credit Card information for guarantee the booking
- Dine-in reservations are halted till further guidance from the local authorities.
- The preferential rate is based on room only, inclusive of service charge and applicable tax. Up to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old staying in the same room).
- Preferential room rates and benefits are not transferable.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
- This rate is subject to availability at time of reservation.
- Rooms and special request including bed preferences are subject to availability.
- Advance booking required prior to arrival at the hotel.
- Valid staff pass/ID will be required for verification upon check-in/payment.
- Cancellation can be made without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival. One night charge for cancellation within 24 hours will apply.
- Spa savings is for a la carte treatments at St. Gregory spa for healthcare worker with valid staff pass only. Advance appointment required.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
